UAE-based Palma Holding, a specialist in luxury residential and mixed-use complexes, has launched Dubai's most exclusive presidential penthouse at Serenia Residences on the crescent of The Palm Jumeirah for Dh55 million ($15 million).
The exquisitely penthouse, developed by Palma Holding, offers 360-degree views of the water that resemble life on a luxury yacht with panoramic views of the sea.
Unveiling the project to the market, Palma said the distinct 15,127-sq-ft penthouse, located at the North building, comprises four ensuite bedrooms, a grand reception, an opulent living space, a dining room, a chef’s kitchen and an entertainment kitchen, a guest bathroom, a private den that features a games table, a lounge for get-togethers.
