Atmosphere Core makes key new appointments

DUBAI, March 19, 2024

International hospitality company, Atmosphere Core, has announced two strategic senior corporate appointments. 
 
The company has welcomed Anupam Banerjee as the Vice President of Food & Beverage and Euan Blake as the Assistant Vice President of Communications. 
 
Based in the Maldives, the leaders will be responsible for Atmosphere Core’s three brands, The Ozen Collection, Colours of Oblu, and Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts.

Banerjee has built a reputation for excellence and innovation over a global culinary journey spanning from China to the US. He will drive brand distinction and take forward Atmosphere Core’s reputation for creating award-winning culinary experiences. A natural leader, Anupam believes in fostering a culture of creativity and resilience. He will be overseeing the F&B teams at all resorts within the growing company portfolio.
 
During a successful career spanning over two decades, Banerjee has held various leadership roles at prestigious international brands. Before joining Atmosphere Core, he served as the Director of F&B at The St. Regis Bangkok, where he handled four outlets including a speciality restaurant awarded with one Michelin Star. His passion for food and beverage extends beyond the kitchen, evident in a deep commitment to preserving the soul of hospitality amidst challenges, a statement said.
 
A seasoned hospitality professional, Blake brings to the role a holistic approach that taps into his multifaceted skill set spanning public relations, sales and marketing, and insights into hotel operations. He will be handling the company’s Maldives portfolio of eight operational resorts within three brands, as well as positioning the latest property Raaya By Atmosphere set to open in July 2024. 
 
Blake will lead the company’s global communications strategy, amplify brand stories, and build share of voice, while also overseeing the company’s extensive network of PR agencies across the globe.
 
With a degree in Hotel Management, Blake gained hands-on experience in operations early in his career. Subsequently pursuing a passion for marketing communications, he spearheaded strategic initiatives around the world specialising in launches and repositioning of real estate assets. Before joining Atmosphere Core, Blake served as the Cluster Marketing Manager Indian Ocean Region & Special Corporate Projects at JA Resorts & Hotels, and specifically in the Maldives, he previously held the role of Regional Director of Sales for Como Hotels. -TradeArabia News Service
