Atlas unveils hitech aviation solutions at Dubai show

DUBAI, November 12, 2017

UAE-based Atlas Aerospace, a specialist in aircraft modification and transformation, is set to highlight the significance of the fast evolving local and regional aerospace industries at this year’s Dubai Airshow which kicks off today (November 12).  

The new aerospace arm of Atlas Group and the region’s leading aerospace conglomerate, Atlas Aerospace, will also focus on the pivotal role being played by its cost-effective and quality aircraft solutions in an evolving global aerospace community, which is being rapidly reshaped by advanced technological innovations.

During the five-day event, Atlas Aerospace will feature its first next–generation universal flight simulator, a digital training device fully made of touchscreens and flight controls; Caledonian Scorpio Mission System, the very innovative mission computer system that can integrate as many sensors as needed on a rotary wing aircraft; and Harris Multi-channel Airborne Networking Radio, the world’s first airborne certified two-channel networking radio.

The company will also put on display the Harris RF-7850A-UA Unmanned Aircraft Networking Radio; as well as the Sea Venom/ANL, the new generation, lightweight, medium range anti-ship missile developed by MBDA for shipborne helicopters.
