Gulf Air hosts Ramadan iftar in Beirut

BEIRUT, July 9, 2015

Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, recently hosted an iftar in Beirut, Lebanon, in celebration of the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan with key trade partners.

The event, held in Frida Restaurant in Ashrafieh, was attended by a number of travel agents and trade representatives in Beirut and was hosted by Gulf Air’s sales manager for Gulf Air in Lebanon, Amale Choueiry.

Choueiry said: “We are delighted to host our partners for an iftar as we celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. This is an opportunity for us to thank our trade associates for the support they continue to show Gulf Air and we look forward to further strengthening our ties and achieving new milestones as we continue to work towards providing travel opportunities between Lebanon, Bahrain and the greater GCC region.”

Gulf Air’s annual Ramadan events in Beirut have served to further strengthen the airline’s ties with key industry stakeholders, reinforcing the longstanding relationship between Bahrain’s national carrier and the Lebanese Republic and its importance as a key destination for the airline.

Currently, Gulf Air operates nine weekly flights between Beirut and Bahrain during the summer travel season. – TradeArabia News Service
