The UAE Ministry of Interior (MoI) has urged nationals, residents and visitors to register for the E-Gate service.  

Major Mohammad Al Zaabi, director of the Electronic Ports’ Project, said registration has been made available for all community segments and their families, including UAE and GCC nationals, residents, and visitors who have an entry visa.

The E-Gate service facilitates speedy travel procedures across the country’s various ports, when entering and leaving the country.

Major Al Zaabi said the E-Gate system is recognised as the most efficient and advanced programme in the world from a technical, operational and security integration aspect.
