South African Airways (SAA), the leading airline on the African continent, has unveiled its 2009-10 edition of the holiday brochure titled 'Next Stop South Africa with an extension to Southern Africa' for Middle East tourists.

The brochure is a comprehensive holiday and destination guide which has been designed to meet the requirements of the discerning traveler from the Middle East.

The brochure has extensive information on South Africa and Southern Africa. Countries featured in the brochure include, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Swaziland and Mauritius.

SAA also launched www.flysaaholidays.com, the online leisure portal for South African Airways Middle East, alongwith the print brochure.

“The brochure will give insight into what South Africa and Southern Africa has to offer. With the launch of this brochure, the airline is committed to offer holiday makers, not only in UAE, but in the Middle East the best holiday options that one can experience in South Africa,” stated Ilse Kaya, SAA head of Sales Market South Africa, Africa and the Middle East.

“We realised that there is a demand among the consumers in the Middle East for a product featuring South Africa and Southern Africa, which wasn’t served adequately,” added Rajendran Vellapalath, SAA manager Middle East.

From itineraries ranging from a minimum of three days to 17 days, the brochure has everything that a traveler needs to plan an ideal holiday in South Africa with an extension to Southern Africa.

Designed to be a comprehensive holiday and destination guide, the new brochure includes country-by-country overviews, a “must see and do” section for each destination, various holiday options and detailed itineraries.

South African Airways’ revamped holiday packages in the brochure take advantage of the airline’s expansion drive in Africa, which has seen the launch of new destinations over the past 18 months as well as increased frequencies to many destinations across the airline’s growing network in Africa.-TradeArabia News Service
