Jumeirah Beach Hotel wins key award

Jumeirah Beach Hotel has scooped the award for “Favourite Resort Hotel” at the 2007 Daily Telegraph Travel Awards for the fourth year.

The awards, organised by UK-based The Daily Telegraph, was held in Tenerife last week. It was attended by senior representatives from the international travel and tourism industry.

“We are delighted to have received this prestigious award for the fourth time. Jumeirah Beach Hotel has many loyal guests from the United Kingdom and we would like to thank them for taking the time to vote for us,” said Jumeirah Beach Hotel General Manager Heinrich Morio.

The awards were established nine years ago and have quickly become the pinnacle of tourism achievement in the UK.

An outside independent consulting firm oversees the awards to ensure accuracy and strictly monitors the special questionnaire issued to readers of The Daily Telegraph.

The Daily Telegraph is one of Britain’s largest daily newspapers reaching over a million readers with The Sunday Telegraph being the UK’s second largest selling quality Sunday newspaper with a circulation of close to 800,000. – TradeArabia News Service
