Tamdeen Group, a leading mixed-use property developer in Kuwait, has announced the launch of its new flagship store, The Sultan Center (TSC), at Al Lout Mall following a key revamp.

The TSC Shuwaikh was the first-self service retail store in Kuwait when it opened in 1981. It was then followed by several other stores and TSC soon established itself as ‘the’ place to shop in Kuwait, said the Kuwaiti developer.

The retail brand currently has 65 stores operating in four countries, it added.

The opening ceremony was attended by Sultan’s board members, senior management, representatives of the company’s business partners, and members of Tamdeen Group, the owner and operator of Al Kout Mall.

The new TCS store embodies Tamdeen's new vision; it is a 1,100 sqm trendy and beautifully designed shop providing differentiated offerings and collaborating with exciting brands to cater to the evolving lifestyles in Kuwait, said a top official.

"Today’s store launch marks the beginning of a new era of a modern, fresh and contemporary look of Sultan," remarked CEO Khadija Oubala.

"During the last three years, we focused on revamping our operations, enhancing relationships with our partners, and repositioning our offering to better serve our customers.
