Iran to boost gas export volume to Iraq

TEHRAN, September 11, 2015

Iran is set to increase the volume of its gas export to Iraq to 35 million cu m per day, according to a report.
 
As per annexation to the gas export deal, it would be increased from 25 million cu m per day during the five warm months of the year, Azizollah Ramezani, the director for international affairs department of the National Iranian Gas Export Company, was quoted as saying, in the Trend News Agency report.
 
The country is also set to offer technical, financial, and executive training to Iraqi personnel, it added.
