Leading watchmaker Casio G-Shock has joined hands with top streetwear brand Supra to launch two custom timepieces and two silhouette sports shoes (for men and women).

These specially-designed offerings - Supra x G-Shock and Supra x G-Shock S Series line - were mainly to commemorate the second collaborative launch by the leaders in street wear and technology.

The partnership emphasizes on the innovative technical features, functionality and stylish components that are available in both G-Shock and Supra products, said a statement from Casio Middle East.

"The tie-up between Casio G-Shock and Supra stresses the common values of innovation, excellence, functionality and style that are synonymous with both brands," remarked Tsuneo Nagai, the managing director.

"We are confident that these specially-designed models will prove popular with the sports and outdoor-loving community of the region," he noted.

The limited edition G-Shock x Supra GDX6900SP-1 timepiece includes a 360 polka dot patterned design on a matte black bezel standard with Shock Resistance, 200M Water Resistance, 1/100th Sec Stopwatch, 12/24 Formats, Mute Option and World Time.

Added features to the GDX6900SP-1 model are a Multi-Home Time 4 option and Auto LED Super Illuminator and10 - year battery all wrapped up in a formidable 53.9mm case size.

The inspiration for the black G-Shock x Supra sneaker stems from professional skateboarder Stevie Williams’ signature Estaban Supra model, said the statement ffrom Casio.

Parallel to the GDX6900SP-1 for men is the GMDS6900SP-7 G-Shock x Supra timepiece for women – released through the G-Shock S Series line.

The white timepiece includes a 360 polka dot patterned design, 200M water resistance, shock resistance, 2 Multi Alarm + 1SNZ and World Time (29TZ/48 Cities and 12/24 Hr Formats).

The model further features a 24 Hr Countdown timer, mute function, 1/100th Sec 24Hr stopwatch, and EL backlight with bright flash alert, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
