Terminus Group signs two strategic deals in Singapore

DUBAI, June 16, 2022

Terminus Group has signed two deals with partners in Singapore, which will promote and support digital and sustainable development through its world-leading technologies and AI City solutions across two key projects. The projects are Punggol Digital District, Singapore’s first truly smart district, and the Singapore Land Transport Authority.

Following its official premier partnership with Expo 2020 Dubai, Terminus Group, the global smart solutions services provider,  established its first international HQ in Dubai, UAE, with the aim of overseeing its strategic global expansion, which now includes two new relationships, in Southeast Asia.

The purpose of the agreement with Singapore’s Punggol Digital District (PDD) is to create a benchmark pilot project for a ‘low-carbon digital city’ by applying Terminus Group’s advanced AIoT (artificial intelligence and Internet of Things) technologies. PDD will not just house the key growth industries of the digital economy, it will also be an inclusive and green lifestyle destination for the surrounding community.

Customising PDD
Terminus Group will help customise PDD’s digital management interface and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automatic response and processing of emergencies.

This will develop the district’s management system through its IoT technologies and provide integrated carbon neutralisation solutions, based on Terminus Group’s proprietary technology platform, TacOS, and offer AI CITY solutions across four scenarios: single building, community, parks, and urban areas. This will be instrumental in accelerating a low-carbon process across the district as a whole.

With regards to fulfilling operational requirements for Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA), via the solution partner, Terminus Group will look to support LTA’s digital transportation development and low-carbon processes through the application of its AI technologies.

Dynamic capture
The result of which will enhance analytical capabilities for vehicle number plates and accelerate the dynamic capture of parking motion, in addition to promoting the efficient smart process of management platforms.

Commenting on the deals, Victor AI, Founder and CEO of Terminus Group, said: “The two Singapore-based agreement signings both demonstrate our growing international footprint and lay out the foundation for further business being developed out of Singapore and Southeast Asia this year.”-- TradeArabia News Service
