Etisalat Digital offers M2M ruggedised handhelds solution

ABU DHABI, May 21, 2017

Etisalat Digital today announced the launch of the M2M ruggedised handhelds as a consolidated solution comprising M2M managed connectivity, devices, and comprehensive hardware support with flexible payment plans.

The product is designed for companies to use in extreme climatic conditions enabling real-time information access for decision makers, said a statement.

M2M ruggedised handhelds are used in extreme use conditions, including high shock, vibration, extreme temperature, and moisture. These devices are used across all parts of enterprises enabling mobile workers to leverage applications in sectors like commercial transportation, parcel and express delivery, direct store delivery, field service, business management, public safety and healthcare. Machine to machine (M2M) technology enables networked devices to exchange information and perform action without the intervention of humans is at the core of these devices.

These handhelds are connected by Etisalat’s M2M control centre empowering businesses to take control over their own business processes with a robust set of self-service tools enabling business efficiency and profitability.
It delivers a powerful automation engine, so business can scale operations while driving value to the bottom line.
