Capital Club Bahrain has launched Happometer – a cloud platform aimed at optimising members’ feedback on-the-spot, and facilitating the delivery of best-in-class services and experience.

Signature Clubs International, the operator and manager of the Capital Club brand, first launched the new technology in its Dubai Club, before rolling it out to the clubs in Bahrain and Nairobi, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

Capital Club Bahrain general manager Dina Haikel said: “Happometer would enable a rapid and effective 360 degree evalua- tion of what members and employ- ees feel about the club.”

Boston-based software firm Happometer Corporation’s chief executive Imad Atalla said rather than being a mere calculator of rating scores and KPIs, Happometer offers an easy conduit to story-telling every time feedback, feelings, and ideas are shared with Capital Club man- agers in the form of “great stories.” - TradeArabia News Service
