Etisalat celebrates crossing a million fans on Facebook

Leading telecommunication provider Etisalat’s ‘1 Million’ fest this month is rewarding one lucky winner with one million freebies every day of the month.

The celebration is a gesture of gratitude on crossing over a million fans and followers on the Etisalat Facebook page, said a statement.

Throughout the month of December, visitors to the company’s Facebook and Twitter pages can take part in the ‘1 Million’ fest to win a million free minutes, a million MB data allowance or a million other valuable prizes from Etisalat, it said.

Fares Hamad Fares, vice president of Corporate Communications at Etisalat, said: “Much like global top brands who have taken to social media to engage with their audience, social media sites have become a significant part of Etisalat’s strategic marketing and communication mix.

“Over the years, we actively adopted new platforms of interaction with our customers, influencers and industry folks, and we will continue using new age technologies to strengthen our communities and understand their needs.”
