US President Barack Obama will visit Saudi Arabia on April 21 to participate in a summit meeting with leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

He will later visit Britain and Germany, the White House said on Wednesday.

In Britain, Obama will meet with Queen Elizabeth and Prime Minister David Cameron, the statement said, before moving on to Germany, where he will meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel.
