GOIC, Kaizen to cooperate in training, consultancy

DOHA, June 1, 2016

Qatar-based Gulf Organisation for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kaizen Management Consulting, to promote cooperation in the field of training and consultancy.

Kaizen Management Consulting is a leading company in the area of consulting services and training.

The deal was signed by Dr Ali Hamed Al Mulla, assistant secretary general for industrial projects sector, GOIC, and Dr Saad Bin Ibrahim Al Khalaf, director general of Kaizen.
 
Dr Al Mulla stated that the MoU would pave the way for cooperation and consultation in the industrial and economic fields, which is in the best interest of the Gulf industrial sector, said a statement.

Dr Al Khalaf said that the MoU would contribute to the creation of a framework for mutual activities between the companies to strengthen the capacities and skills of consulting, investment and training staff, particularly business entrepreneurs.

The MoU aims at raising awareness and building a culture of quality, improving performance, reducing wastage, building the capacities of consultants and workers in targeted factories and companies, offering consulting services to factories, companies and public sector and localising knowledge, it said.

Furthermore, this cooperation will result in conferences, seminars, lectures, fruitful visits, programmes, training projects and workshops in the GCC countries.

It will also help creating incubators to build the capacities of consultants, implementing institutional development projects and solutions, offering consulting services and studies, bidding for governmental training and consultancy projects, translating books, establishing research centres and implementing joint researches and studies, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
