Oman reports two new COVID-19 cases; total at 4

MUSCAT, February 26, 2020

Oman has announced new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the overall number of patients who tested positive to four, a media report said.

The Ministry of Health issued  a statement announced the two new cases which are linked to a recent trip to Iran, adding that all the patients are in stable condition, reported Bahrain News Agency (BNA).

 The ministry had called upon on all citizens and residents coming from countries which are affected by the Coronavirus to stay at home and report at the ministry if any signs of symptoms observed. The statement also urged people to avoid travelling to these countries unless necessary.
