A committee in charge of looking into dismissals of workers, headed by Bahrain’s Labour Minister Jameel Humaidan, has recommended 571 sacked workers be reinstated for the lack of justification for their dismissals.

The committee has been directed to speed up scrutiny of all remaining cases, and submit a report. HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa had issued directives setting up the committee to ensure the legality of disciplinary measures taken by companies. – TradeArabia News Service
