First Abu Dhabi Real Estate Company, a leading provider of comprehensive real estate solutions, and  First Abu Dhabi Bank, a major bank in the UAE, has signed a deal with Eltizam Asset Management Group, a leader in the Middle East, to provide sustainable and strategic asset management solutions.

 

Under the agreement, the two parties will explore ways of cooperation at the operational and commercial levels and the integrated services that Eltizam Group can provide, including facilities management, security and energy saving services, residential complex management, technical services, quality, health, safety and environment reports, residential technologies, land management and project development. 

 

In addition to this, it will provide specialised services for owners and tenants of residential units.
