Arada completes two luxury apartment blocks in Sharjah

UAE-based developer Arada said it has completed two new luxury apartment blocks at Sharjah’s largest mixed-use community Aljada, adding another 273 homes to the emirate's market.
The handover process is now beginning at the first two Misk Apartments blocks, which takes the number of homes completed at Aljada so far in 2021 to over 1,200.
Spread over a 24-million-sq-ft area, Aljada is Sharjah’s largest ever project and a transformational destination for the emirate. It contains numerous residential districts, as well as extensive retail, hospitality, entertainment, sporting, educational, healthcare components and a business park, all set within a green urban master plan.
The luxury Misk Apartments buildings contain a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury homes, as well as magnificent duplex four-bedroom penthouses at nearly 5,000 sq ft in size.
With impressive views over and easy access to popular family entertainment destination Madar, the Misk Apartments are also located on Aljada’s tree-lined boulevard, which contains premium retail and a variety of dining options.
Each Misk home benefits from modern and spacious interiors and comes with smart home features and white goods added as standard.

"The completion of the first two Misk Apartments buildings means that the first residential phase of Aljada is now almost complete, with only the final two Misk blocks remaining, which are scheduled to be handed over before the end of the year," noted Prince Khalid.
So far this year, Arada has completed 12 apartment blocks and the Sarab garden villa community. In addition, the first phase of the Sabis International School – Aljada was completed in August and opened in time for the 2021-2022 academic year.
According to him, contractor teams are currently working on the delivery of over 5,000 units at Aljada.
Construction is ongoing at East Village, the second residential phase; Nest, the student housing complex; The Boulevard, a collection of high-end apartment buildings; the second and final phase of the Sabis; and the second phase of the Madar entertainment district, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
