Palm View 'in big investor demand', over 70pc units sold

DUBAI, August 23, 2021

The Devmark Group, a real estate consulting group based in the UAE, said there has been a strong demand from property buyers and investors for Palm View, a collection of luxury, move-in-ready apartments at the foot of The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, with 70 per cent of the units getting sold out within just three months.

Palm View presents a new paradigm in accessible luxury living, offering commanding views of the ocean and the Palm Jumeirah.

With an exclusive collection of 263 oversized, airy, residences, situated above the leading Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, the building has proven to be in high demand, said the statement from Devmark Group, which is managing the project.

The Devmark Group delivers a 360 sales solution for the brand, spanning strategic advisory, project sales, marketing, and broker management, said its top official.

"We are the only specialists in town who can offer everything under one roof. Palm View needed a partner it could trust, not only to convey the unique positioning of the development, but to reach buyers in a rapid manner to maximise sales," remarked Richard Aybar, the Managing Director.

"The developers trust in us paid off when we launched in April and saw people queueing to get their apartments from 5am! Such scenes haven’t been witnessed in Dubai for many years and since that first week, we’ve seen an incredible number of deals being closed. More than 70% of the development is already sold," he added.

Aybaar pointed out that one of the key reasons for this overwhelming demand was the strategic location of these 'unique apartments' which have the full ‘7 Wonders of Dubai’ view.

"These incredible, oversized corner apartments deliver unmatched views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, the World Islands, The Palm Jumeirah, the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel, Bluewater Island and Dubai Marina. Some of the apartments in the building have the 7 Wonders in view with their own 270-degree, Palm Jumeirah facing, landscapes," he noted.

"Also these residences are designed with all the needs of modern living in mind, to 'rebalance your life,' delivering opportunities to maximise leisure time, work time and wellbeing," he explained.

A whole floor of this truly prime real estate comprises a private residences club.

"Residents of Palm View can take advantage of their own swimming pool, private cinema, residents’ lounge and library, a range of meeting rooms, an outdoor barbeque area, gym, exercise rooms and even a state-of-the-art digital golf simulator," revealed Aybar.

"A majority of our buyers are discerning Europeans who are looking for spacious units close to all the best of the urban action Dubai has to offer including direct monorail access to the Palm Jumeirah," he added.

Group CEO Sean McCauley said: "Palm View is ahead of the curve in terms of current life and work trends. Residents can take advantage of all the facilities of the Avani Hotel & Suites, including the concierge, on the lower floor as well as their own exclusive amenities– it truly represents a chance to rebalance your life."

"The jewel in the crown is ‘The Sky Collection’, the development’s penthouse floors, which are offered in four styles, and that are only available on the tower’s uppermost floors, levels 41-43. Palm View’s penthouses are breathtakingly designed offering sprawling spaces of between 2,047 and 4,833 sq ft," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
