Azizi's Riviera project Phase One work over 60pc completed
DUBAI, February 11, 2021
UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that 64 per cent of the construction has been completed in the first phase of Riviera within Mohammed Bin Rashid City in Dubai.
Announcing the project progress, Azizi said work on the second and third phases have now reached 48 per cent and 26 per cent completion respectively.
Riviera, Azizi’s highly sought-after French Mediterranean-inspired community in the heart of MBR City, is one of Dubai’s most popular residential destinations.
The master planned community boasts homes that offer spectacular views of the city’s skyline and ensure generous space, spread across three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a canal walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a lush-green social space, it stated.
Chief Development Officer Mohamed Ragheb Hussein said: "We are delighted to have reached these noteworthy construction milestones. We will be completing the first buildings of Riviera Phase 1 by this quarter’s end, with many more to follow by the third quarter of 2021."
Designed to introduce the Southern-France lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art but also about a certain ‘joie de vivre’ — a celebration of life, an exultation of spirit, Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space.
"With infrastructure also progressing rapidly, the project’s remarkable advancements are truly a rewarding sight for our stakeholders, as well as for ourselves," noted Hussein.
"The stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination, which is part of Meydan, is planned to comprise approximately 16,000 residences that are conveniently located in the midst of all the business, leisure, and retail hubs of the city," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
