Italian hospitality group Mine & Yours launches UAE ops

Mine & Yours Group, a major Italian start-up company focused on the management of exclusive restaurants and members clubs all over the world, has expanded its operations in UAE, after completing the location scouting for a new luxury project in Dubai.
The group has a major presence in three countries till date - Italy, UK and US.
In Italy, it has a members club in Puglia and a country club in Porto Cervo, while in Britain, the company runs three upscale restaurants in some of the most exclusive neighborhoods of London: Osteria Romana (Knightsbridge), Osteria Napoletana (Notting Hill) and Santo Mare (Marylebone).
In the US, it has an office in New York City and two concept restaurants waiting for a new opening.
The managing partner for the development of this brand-new project in the UAE will be Piero Giglio, former general manager of two multiple award-winning concepts: “Il Borro Tuscan Bistro” at Al Naseem Jumeirah Dubai and “Alici Seafood Restaurant” on the Bluewaters Island, Dubai.
On his new role, Giglio said: "I am glad to be a part of this new Italian hospitality project in UAE and I can’t wait to announce further details in the next weeks. I have always been passionate about delivering memorable experiences to my customers and this new gig suits me very well."
