Nakheel sets up new community management company

Dubai master developer Nakheel has launched an integrated, customer-centric community management company dedicated to ensuring that investors and residents enjoy the best in service, world-class facilities and holistic living.
The new entity, Nakheel Community Management, was unveiled in the presence of members of the Nakheel Board of Directors and distinguished guests from the Dubai Land Department and the Dubai Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation.
The top Dubai developer said with this new firm it aims to transform community living for 300,000 residents across Dubai and make Nakheel communities the most desirable places to invest in, live, work and visit.
Nakheel’s master developments in Dubai span 15,000 hectares and include the renowned Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Village, Al Furjan, The Gardens, Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Village, Nad Al Sheba Villas, Warsan Village and International City.
