Abu Dhabi Housing Authority announces key Covid protocol

ABU DHABI, October 10, 2020

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has announced that customers will need to take   prior appointments and present a Covid-19 test certificate to avail the services at their customer service centre in Abu Dhabi city.
 
The ADHA initative is aimed at ensuring the health and safety of customers and employees and to provide a smooth and safe experience for all, said a statement from the Authority.
 
These protocols and measures include presenting a negative Covid-19 test, dated less than one month before the date of the visit, and committing to precautionary measures such as physical distancing, wearing a face mask, and downloading and activating the Alhosn UAE app. 
 
Customers will be required to show the appointment confirmation SMS on arriving at the Customer Service Centre, it stated. 
 
ADHA said it continues to offer services across all digital paltforms and seeks to provide social stability and promote happiness among all citizens in Abu Dhabi through the housing services it offers, the statement added.-TradeArabia News Service
