Azizi to launch innovative community management app

DUBAI, June 16, 2020

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, will soon be launching a first-of-its-kind community portal application through its dedicated community management provider, VCM.

The mobile application, which is due to be launched by month-end, will grant Azizi community residents a wide range of services, effectively enhancing convenience, well-being and transparency, said the developer in its statement.

Addressing all of its residents’ needs and concerns, the VCM app will allow those residing in Azizi’s communities to view announcements and updates, get access to information pertaining to community health, newsletters and promotions, review account statements, make services charge payments and pay for other services rendered through a safe payment gateway, raise and follow enquiries, concerns, and observations, and organise community activities, all 24/7, worldwide.

The app comes in light of Azizi’s continuous pursuit of operational excellence and customer satisfaction, granting residents a holistic one-stop solution for all their community management needs in a seamlessly automated, easily accessible and transparent manner, it stated.

CEO Farhad Azizi said: "We are proud to unveil this innovative and technologically-advanced communication platform, which is key to fostering ease of service access and a sense of belonging, as well as in encouraging enhancements to our communities."

Having already delivered two sizable developments in Al Furjan – Samia and Farishta in January and February of 2020 respectively – Azizi plans to complete a total of approximately 3,000 units by the end of the year.

While construction is progressing swiftly, the developer is also making dedicated efforts to enrich the lives of those who reside in its communities, he added.

VCM General Manager Jawad Hussain said: "Our new app not only simplifies the residents’ lives, catering to all their community management needs, but also serves as an ideal touchpoint to identify areas for improvement within our communities."

Services that are facilitated by the app include requesting access cards, fit out alterations, booking amenities and classes, incident and inspection reports, move-in and move-out requests, reporting issues against other units, common areas or within units, as well as registrations for domestic help, new users, and pets, among a wide range of other life-enhancing options.

"It gives those residing in our properties a voice – one that is on record and more visible to those who can make an impact. We look forward to the many enhancements that will follow as a result of this improved communication channel," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
