Work in full swing at Azizi's prime Dubai residential tower

Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, is making remarkable progress in the construction of Shaista, a major residential development located in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor – Al Furjan.
Spread across its 12 residential floors, Shaista is home to 284 units comprising 137 studios, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments, eight penthouses, and 7,100 sq. ft of retail space, said the Emirati developer.
Adding to the prospects of the development, Shaista is outstandingly well connected to Dubai’s many points of interest, including all major business, leisure and retail hubs, through the new Route 2020 metro line and its direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, it added.
Giving a construction update, Azizi said Shaista’s structure is nearly 100% complete, while blockwork stands at 96% and the internal plaster at 94%.
Nearly 78% of the façade has been completed besides 74% of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works and 68% of tiling and HVAC systems.
Progress on the external works is on schedule as well - currently standing at 21%, with the swimming pool being more than 17% complete. Overall finishing works have also reached 53%, it added.
Executive director (Engineering Division) Mohamed Ragheb said: "Al Furjan is rapidly developing into a strategic, vibrant and family-friendly community with excellent infrastructure. With a significant number of our delivered projects being situated in this area – the latest being Samia, which we’ve just completed last month, we are proud to contribute to its development and are delighted to see the remarkably swift progress."
