Serb for real estate development has unveiled its new 6,800 sq m mixed-use residential project 'Al Daher' at a major real estate exhibition which kicked off in Kuwait today (May 9).

The Elite Real Estate Exhibition is being held at Kuwait International Fair Ground in Mishref till May 14.

Nasser Al Rashed, the deputy chairman and chief executive of Serb, said: "The new project is in line with our strategy to develop residential-touristic projects offered according to competitive prices and marked with distinguished criteria including the location and conditions."

"The company is proud to launch Al Daher  at the Kuwait Elite real estate exhibition. The project is designed to fully cater to customers’ needs in the local market," he stated.

The project, which is a residential-meets-tourism development, will come up at Kheiran area overlooking the sea. The new chalets at 'Al Daher' will be furnished by famous furniture stores in Kuwait. The work is likely to be completed in July next year.

On the project, Rashed said: "Serb seeks to feed the residential needs in Kuwait according to well studied prices, unique designs and full-fledged services designed to cater to different needs."

Al Daher, he stated, was keen to provide a unique life style for its customers with a novel design inspired from the modern life style with respect to the environment criteria. The project also includes an aqua park with 4 pools and cinema theatre.-TradeArabia News Service
