Cofely Besix wins MEP contracts from Emirates Group

DUBAI, September 10, 2015

Cofely Besix Facility Management (CBFM) has won two new facilities management contracts from The Emirates Group to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC)  maintenance services to the group's headquarters, as well as the Emirates Aviation University. 
 
The contract for the group's headquarters, located in Rashidiya opposite Terminal 3, includes all maintenance work associated with the day-to-day operation of the building, as well as the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of all the MEP equipment and operations, said a statement.
 
The contract for the Emirates Aviation University, located in Academic City, will include PPM of all the HVAC and MEP equipment, it said.
 
The scope of service will also include daily operation and monitoring of the building management system (BMS)  and lighting control systems, as well as civil and carpentry service of the entire premises infrastructure, which includes carpentry and masonry works.
