Ishbilya Village, a residential development for the middle income group in Bahrain, has announced the sale of all residential building (B3) land plots being developed as part of the second phase of the project.

The project is being developed by Al Enma'a House, a subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain, in partnership with Al Enma'a House Real Estate Kuwait.

Khalid Almaarafi, the chairman of Ishbilya Village, said: "We are very happy with the results and the huge demand for the residential building plots. After completing the first phase, we launched the marketing campaign for the land plots in the second phase and we are proud to announce that all B3 land plots were sold to a single investor, including 18 residential building plots, he added.

"These plots are large in size, subdivided and ready with all necessary infrastructures," he added.

Almaarafi said Ishbiliya was a perfect modern living destination that had been attracting investors since its launch. "The huge demand it has generated emphasizes its value in the real estate market," he remarked.

“B4 residential buildings land plots are currently being marketed in the local market, so far we have received positive feedbacks from investors and real estate companies. Some serious investors are approaching Ishbiliya to buy these plots,” he added.

According to him, Ishbiliya has all the necessary infrastructure including internal roads, street lighting, latest telecoms network, electricity, water, sewerage and drainage lines.

Ishbiliya, he noted, has a harmonised mixture of owners, Bahrainis represent that vast majority.
"Rental market has shown diversity with tenants primarily being Bahraini in addition to other nationalities.” said Almaarafi.

"We believe that Ishbiliya is one of the best located projects in Bahrain given the proximity to the Seef District, Manama downtown, Sheikh Isa bin Salman highway, Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman highway and flyover to Isa Town, which makes it the most suitable residential destination for all families," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
