Ideal Sapanca, a Turkish and UAE entrepreneurship company, has announced the launch of its Dh55.2-million ($15 million) FCC Sapanca Residences project, that will offer 75 full lake view apartments in Turkey.

The FCC Sapanca Residences will be located in the Sakarya Province, Turkey, known for its picturesque locales and famous lake, the Sapanca Gölü. It is also ideally situated in close proximity to the city of Izmit and Istanbul.

The project is being developed by FCC Construction & Development Company and will be delivered in the middle of 2017.

Located in Sapanca, one of the most scenic locations in the world, the project consists of 2+1 apartment units, equipped with a range of facilities including a lounge, fitness centre for men and women, playground, swimming pool, children’s playroom, full-time security, open parking as well as housemaid and maintenance services.

For greater convenience of the customers, FCC has fitted each unit with Central A/C’s and with full kitchen appliances excluding the refrigerator.

Nasser Abdulla Al Ali, the UAE partner for Ideal Sapanca, said: "Building on the enormous success of our previous projects, we wanted to provide our customers with a development project that could be considered a yardstick in luxury."

According to him, each building is uniquely designed to capture the essence of the surrounding area, which will consist of six unique buildings, each comprising 75 apartments.

Every unit (145 sq m in gross area and 127 sq m in net area) comes with a balcony/terrace and will be facing the stunning Sapanca Lake, he stated.
