Al Saraya, BCS ink strata management deal

Al Saraya Properties said it has signed a strata management agreement with BCS Management Company to manage Marsa II, a development located at Amwaj Islands.

Al Saraya Properties general manager Redha Mukhtar said, "In line with our company’s efforts and strategy to offer our clients best after sale services, we chose to work with BCS Management Company to manage Marsa II as they are experts in the field of owners association management and will provide our clients a professional and transparent service."

"We are convinced that Marsa II will be managed professionally, going by the BCS track record in Australia and Dubai. Marsa II is ahead of schedule in terms of construction and sales," he added.

BCS Bahrain general manager Paul Banoob said the management agreement with Al Saraya Properties was a great opportunity to demonstrate the international quality of services that BCS can provide.

Business Development Executive Adel Almutlaq said, "We pride ourselves in being the only strata management company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. With our 35 years experience in the field, this allows us to offer a high standard of management to the residents of Marsa II.”

Marsa II is located at Amwaj Islands and consists of 26 villas overlooking the lagoon and offers closed gated community. The construction began in March 2008, and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2010.-TradeArabia News Service
