Higher BPO demand seen in Algeria

Algiers, June 12, 2012

The Algerian market for business process outsourcing (BPO) services is seeing a big demand, said an expert.

Mohamed Sameh, general manager of First Service Algeria, a subsidiary of Mobiserve Holding, a regional solution provider and business process outsourcing (BPO), was speaking at a seminar hosted by the company for Algeria’s business leaders in Algiers.

“First Service Algeria’s recent seminar highlighted the advantages of the BPO services we offer, in what we believe are major opportunities.  Those companies who recognize the value of outsourcing non core functions can gain efficiencies, streamline costs, and create competitive advantages,” Sameh added.

Attended by senior management from the banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, automotive, real estate, and the consumer goods sector, the seminar discussed the latest BPO trends and introduced some of First Service Algeria’s most in demand BPO services.  These include bad debt collection services, printing and enveloping, as well as digital archiving.

Although only lately introduced, First Service Algeria’s new digital archiving service is gaining strong popularity among companies across all industries.  The service enables customers to safely archive their documents and ensures easy accessibility.
