Kayan Wellness Festival is set to kick off in Abu Dhabi

Experience Abu Dhabi’s Kayan Wellness Festival announces ticket sales, inviting people to a three-day festival of holistic wellness and conscious living in Abu Dhabi.
 
Presented by Burjeel Holdings in partnership with Al Dar, Al Masaood Equipment Rental, and CFI, Kayan Wellness Festival touches down on Fahid Island from January 31 to February 2, setting out to become the region’s largest wellness gathering built around the ethos of unlocking your inner zen.
 
The festival promises an inspiring line-up of international speakers, featuring a special session from spiritual leader Sadhguru. Joining him are Gary Brecka, a renowned biohacker and human biologist, who will discuss chemical-free living and wellness, Zach Bush, a renowned, multi-disciplinary physician of internal medicine and internationally recognized educator on the microbiome,
 
Marisa Peer, an acclaimed therapist and a six-time best-selling author offering insights on manifesting your dream life, and Mo Gawdat, former Chief Business Officer at Google X, exploring how AI is reshaping happiness. 
 
Aligned with the pillars of Mind, Body, and Soul, the festival guides guests through three dedicated areas focusing on mental clarity, physical vitality, and inner peace.
 
From interactive workshops and fitness sessions to sound healing, breathwork, and meditation, each area offers a unique path to holistic wellness.
 
Additionally, the event will showcase an array of retail offerings, nourishing food and beverage spots at the Feel Good Market, and family-friendly activities at the Kids’ Hideout.
 
 Each day ends with live soulful music at The Heart, a 360-degree shaped stage, bringing guests a curated selection of home-grown talent and international acts. 
 
At the exclusive Biohacking Pavilion, guests can wander through a variety of booths featuring cutting-edge technology and biohacking trends, network with like-minded individuals, and dive into interactive experiences that spark curiosity, while the cosy Tea House invites visitors to relax, recharge, or take part in various talks.  -TradeArabia News Service
