The H Dubai announces key Office Tower promotions

The H Dubai, a premium destination for business and leisure, has announced two key personnel changes within its Office Tower, aimed at enhancing its leasing and operational services. 
 
Mariza Joson will be stepping into the role of Leasing Manager, while Aylin Dacer gets promoted to the role of Assistant Office Tower Operations Manager.
 
An industry veteran, Joson possesses over 14 years of expertise in commercial and residential leasing across the UAE, a career marked by an in-depth knowledge of local real estate regulations and a reputation for building meaningful client relationships. 
 
Her extensive experience will be invaluable as she transitions into the role of Leasing Manager, said the The H Dubai in a statement.
 
Soaring 40 floors, The H Dubai office spaces range from 900 to 12,235 sq ft, all with 360° floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of Dubai’s skyline. Restaurant spaces are also available on the 34th, 36th, 37th to 40th  floors.
 
The tower has a dedicated lobby, reception, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, dining area, and Urban on 4 café with indoor and outdoor seating. Tenants enjoy convenient access to The H Dubai’s rooms,  bar and all day dining restaurant, meeting rooms, perfect for all corporate needs.
 
Taking over from the previous Leasing Consultant Annie Vladimirova, Mariza will oversee tenant relations, negotiate leasing agreements, and manage renewals, ensuring each transaction aligns with Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) guidelines and market.
 
On Dacer, The H Dubai said she has been with the group for over five years as a senior housekeeping supervisor. She has now been elevated to the role of Assistant Office Tower Operations Manager. 
 
In her new role, she will focus on optimising daily operations, enforcing safety and security standards, and ensuring tenant satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and maintenance co-ordination. 
 
She will also oversee all annual maintenance and cleaning contracts to keep both tenants and the building in top condition, it stated.
