Abu Dhabi to host transformative wellness festival in January

Experience Abu Dhabi, the destination brand of the Department of Culture and Tourism, said the Kayan Wellness Festival set to take place from January 31 to February 2, 2025 on Fahid Island, will focus on holistic wellness.

The festival, presented by Burjeel Holdings and supported by Al Dar, Al Masaood Equipment Rental, and CFI, will offer participants a chance to rejuvenate, heal, and discover themselves.

The three-day event will be centred around three key pillars – mind, body, and soul. Each pillar is designed to help participants achieve mental clarity, physical strength, and inner harmony, a statement said.

The festival will feature a variety of activities to promote overall well-being, from breathwork and sound healing to fitness and yoga sessions.

The Kayan Wellness Festival will bring renowned global wellness experts to Abu Dhabi, including visionary Sadhguru, biohacker Gary Brecka, and transformative thinkers Marisa Peer and Mo Gawdat. These experts will lead sessions aimed at enhancing mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Participants can visit the Mind Zone for discussions and workshops on mindful eating, emotional resilience, and mental well-being.

The Body Zone will offer high-energy fitness sessions, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility workshops.

For those seeking inner peace, the Soul Zone promises to focus on soul alignment and energy healing, providing a space for tranquillity and self-reflection.

“Kayan represents a global movement toward balanced, holistic living,” said Niousha Ehsan, Chief Energy Officer of Linkviva. “We are excited to welcome people from across the region to experience this transformative journey.”

The full lineup of speakers and wellness experts will be announced soon. Ticket prices are yet to be revealed, with more updates expected in the coming weeks.
