Atout France hosts major networking event in Turkey

Building on the success of previous editions, Atout France Middle East & Turkey hosted the Explore France B2B workshop in Istanbul on September 11.
 
The event commenced with a welcoming address from Nadia Fanton, Consul General of France in Turkey, setting an engaging tone for the proceedings, said a statement from Atout France Middle East & Turkey. 
 
This workshop provided a valuable platform for around 15 French partners representing Paris and the French Alps destinations to connect with over fifty Turkish travel agents and tour operators, culminating in a lively networking cocktail.
 
Together with official airline partner Air France KLM, Atout France Middle East & Turkey updated travel operators about the latest of the national carrier and destination France, said the statement.
 
Participating organizations included Air France, Megève Tourisme, M de Megève, Buildinvest, Maison Zannier, Hôtel Les Loges Blanches, Four Seasons Megeve Collection, The Village Outlet, Val Thorens, Le K2 Collections, Lavorel Hotels, Vinci Airports, La Vallée Village, Sodexo Live!, Galeries Lafayette and Hotel Mayfair Paris.
 
MICE & Weddings showcase
 
On September 18 and 19, Atout France Middle East & Turkey exhibited at The Experiential Planner (EPEX), a B2B event dedicated to MICE & Weddings planners. 
 
The event, which took place in Grand Hyatt Dubai, provided a good opportunity to showcase France’s extensive offer in the MICE and wedding space, and network with travel advisors representing the Middle East, India, CIS, Türkiye and Africa, said Atout France Middle East & Turkey in the statement. 
 
French partners Galeries Lafayette and the Cannes Convention Bureau too joined the two-day event, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
