Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital Dewa, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, said it has entered into a strategic technology collaboration agreement (TCA) with Salzer Technologies, a pioneer in IT services, consulting, system integration, branding, business solutions and mobility services.
