WEG displays efficient technologies at Middle East Energy

WEG, a leading industrial motor and alternator manufacturer, will be showcasing its latest energy solutions at Middle East Energy 2025 from April 7-9, 2025.

The company will showcase its high-efficiency alternators, delivered by Marathon, which cater to various applications in the Middle East and African markets.

WEG will also introduce the triphasic AW10 180, a high-performance synchronous alternator designed to meet international standards such as IEC 60034, NEMA MG1, NBR 5117, and ISO 8528.

The AG10 alternator, available in frame sizes 400 and 360, is suitable for emergency, prime power, or continuous operation.

The W80 AXgen, an axial flux motor, will be showcased to meet the growing demand for compact and sustainable solutions. Its design enhances torque and performance while reducing size and weight, offering greater flexibility for OEMs and system integrators. The ADV200-SP drive, a variable frequency drive designed specifically for solar-powered water pumping systems, leverages WEG's expertise in industrial drive technology to optimise water management solutions for agricultural and industrial use.

Another innovation will be the W23 Sync+ motor paired with the CFW900 drive, an energy-efficient combination designed to optimise motor performance and extend equipment lifespan. This hybrid permanent magnet (PM) and synchronous reluctance (SynRM) motor technology delivers superior energy efficiency in challenging environments, surpassing current industry standards. WEG's Motion Fleet Management (MFM) system, presented through a dedicated demo unit, offers real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance for motors and drives, supporting greater operational efficiency and reliability.

“We empower businesses to optimise their operations while significantly reducing their environmental impact,” said Marek Lukaszczyk, UK & Middle East Marketing Manager. “Middle East Energy is a key platform for us to engage with industry leaders and we look forward to showcasing how WEG’s innovations are driving the transition toward more sustainable and energy-efficient systems.” -TradeArabia News Service
