Neander Marine has announced the largest single order for its Dtorque 50 diesel outboard since production began in 2018.
GY Marine Services, one of the most prominent marine companies in the UAE and Neander’s exclusive distributor for the entire GCC region, has placed an order for 100 units.
The engines will be delivered throughout 2025 to support a variety of commercial and governmental applications across the region, the company said.
Ghassan Al Binali, CEO of GY Marine Services, commented: “As our customer network continues to grow, so does the demand for reliable diesel outboards. By securing the delivery of 100 Neander engines in 2025, GY Marine is not only prepared to meet this increasing demand but also reinforcing our long-term commitment to the region. This investment goes beyond stock; we are also enhancing our service capabilities to provide our clients with the highest level of support, ensuring operational excellence across all sectors we serve.”
Pedro Almeida, Chief Commercial Officer of Neander Marine, expressed his appreciation for the ongoing collaboration, stating: “The support and trust of GY Marine have been instrumental to our success in the region. Their commitment to Neander is a strong endorsement of our product’s reliability and performance. We are honoured to receive this order from such a respected and forward-thinking company, and we look
forward to continuing our partnership to serve the GCC’s demanding marine sector.”
This significant order is a testament to the Dtorque 50’s reliability and efficiency, particularly in some of the world’s most demanding marine environments. Designed to withstand extreme conditions while delivering outstanding performance, the Dtorque 50 has proven itself with thousands of operational hours in commercial fleets worldwide, setting the standard for durability and fuel efficiency, the company said. -TradeArabia News Service
