Ritchie Bros., a global leader in asset management and disposition, will be hosting an online auction next month on it’s IronPlanet platform.
The event, which kicks off on December 4, is being held in partnership with XCMG, one of China’s largest machinery manufacturers.
Announcing this, Ritchie Bros. said the second IronPlanet auction event in China promises over 300 units of XCMG-owned construction machinery, directly accessible to buyers worldwide through its user-friendly IronPlanet platform.
Following a successful XCMG auction in June, which saw over 1,700 bids and participation from 75 bidders across five continents, this December auction will feature an extensive selection of low-hour, late-model XCMG equipment.
Ritchie Bros said the bidding opens today (November 18) offering interested buyers a chance to inspect equipment in person at the XCMG facility in Xuzhou until December 4.
The XCMG IronPlanet auction provides unique advantages for buyers, including:
•Direct Factory Access: Purchase directly from XCMG, ensuring authentic quality and adherence to original manufacturer specifications.
•Flexible, International Shipping Options: Machinery will be available ex-works (EXW) from XCMG’s yard, with logistics partners offering global shipping solutions.
•Seamless Online Bidding: With Ritchie Bros.’ IronPlanet platform, buyers can participate from anywhere with real-time bidding updates.
"We’re excited to expand our partnership with XCMG and provide our customers with unparalleled access to premium factory-owned equipment," said Ivan Wang, Regional Sales Manager for Ritchie Bros. in China and Japan.
The December 4 auction builds on the momentum of June's successful event, strengthening the XCMG-Ritchie Bros. collaboration and expanding their reach to global equipment buyers, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
