PXB, the unique lifestyle destination based at Expo City Dubai, has teamed up with Dubai wellness group Mulai Community to host a revitalising Wellness Day on April 28.
The all-day event promises a holistic wellness experience, featuring a diverse range of activities designed to rejuvenate mind, body and soul.
Attendees can look forward to 15 engaging talks, seven immersive workshops, a sustainable market showcasing more than 10 eco-conscious brands and an area dedicated to recovery.
Tickets include a complimentary ice bath, compression therapy, red light therapy, rooftop yoga sessions and breathwork classes.
The event will host talks and panels covering various aspects of wellness from globally renowned experts including Dr Elie Abirached, biohacking expert and founder of Restore Fitness; health coach and nutritionist Daniela Nistor; Health Nag founder Natasha Rudatsenko; Vivobarefoot ambassador Danny Bartlett; and legendary ultrarunner Stephan Muller.
It features specially crafted workshops for children, courtesy of world-class health and fitness brands, with each one designed to introduce them to the importance of embracing a healthy lifestyle from a young age.
Each ticket to the wellness festival also includes complimentary access to Expo City Dubai's flagship pavilions, providing a fun day out for the whole family.
Throughout the event, guests are invited to sample PXB's innovative menu spanning hearty breakfasts, vibrant salads, nourishing mains and a selection of coffees, juices, smoothies and much more.
Building on PXB's goal of promoting and enhancing planetary wellness through food and events, this Wellness Day will be followed by a full-scale three-day wellness festival, scheduled for October 2024.
