Al Ghunaim & Al Humaidhi Law Firm, a pioneer in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and corporate consulting in Kuwait, has announced the addition of its new lawyer Reem Faisal Al Khalid, to the list of partners in recognition of her achievements in the growth of the office's business in the past years.
 
With her joining, the firm’s new name is Al Ghunaim, Al Humaidhi & Al Khaled Law Firm. 
 
Her addition will help contribute to leading the growth of the office's business and strengthening its leading position in the coming phase, said a statement from Al Ghunaim & Al Humaidhi Law Firm. 
 
A leading Kuwaiti office specialised in all aspects of civil and commercial law, it focuses on many business sectors, including oil and gas, investment, finance, contracting, real estate, intellectual property (IP), and other related sectors. 
 
During her professional career of more than 17 years, a leading Kuwaiti office specialized in all aspects of civil and commercial law supervised the drafting of commercial contracts, said the statement. 
 
Al Khalid, a lawyer before the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court, had joined Al Ghunaim & Al Humaidhi Law Firm in 2015. 
 
She is one of the legal experts in the Kuwaiti business environment, where she led the litigation procedures on behalf of many major companies before Kuwaiti courts and regulatory authorities such as the Capital Markets Authority and the Department of Experts in related commercial litigation.
