UAE-based Azizi Developments has signed an agreement with Llyods, a leading manufacturer of glass and stainless-steel shower accessories, to supply its premium products for its Beach Oasis and Vista projects located in Dubai Studio City.

 

Built for young, in-vogue adults and families alike, Vista, a modern luxury low-rise residential building, is nestled in one of Dubai’s most dynamic and youthful areas, adjacent to Sports City and Motor City, said Azizi in a statement. 

 

Likewise, Beach Oasis, another contemporary low-rise community in the same vibrant district, comprises 476 studios, 200 one-bedroom homes, and 36 two-bedroom residences spread across two buildings. 

 

Located just outside the city, at a comfortable distance from the bustle, yet with easy access to the emirate’s many points of interest, Dubai Studio City is one of the fastest-growing business hubs for film and television production and a trendy hotspot for creative professionals.

 

Known for superior craftsmanship and durability, Llyods has gained international recognition for its innovative approach to shower partitions and stainless steel fittings.

For these projects, Llyods' products are being supplied by Febtech Glass Works, a home-grown provider.
