Colliers Project Leaders names Middle East CEO

Leading diversified real estate professional services firm, Colliers Project Leaders, has appointed industry veteran Khalid Madbouli as its new Chief Executive Officer for Middle East.

As one of Colliers Project Leaders’ key leaders in the Middle East, he has been instrumental in expanding operations, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and developing strong teams.
 
Madbouli has successfully managed numerous high-profile projects, including the Chevron New Headquarters and Residential Compound (KSA), Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) infrastructure (UAE), Expo 2020 (UAE), Saudi Pavilion in Expo 2020 (UAE), Mudon Development in Dubai (UAE), Al Khafji Concept Masterplan (KSA), Yasmeen Rotana Hotel (Syria), Cairo Festival City (Egypt), M6 Widening (UK), X-Modall (European Commission), and Jeddah Central Development (KSA), among many others. 
 
Colliers Project Leaders said it is currently in an impressive growth phase, expanding into new markets and diversifying its services. 
 
The firm has recently secured the mandate to deliver project management services for the upcoming World Trade Center in Yerevan, Armenia, adding to its growing portfolio of robust projects.
