Arbuthnot Latham appoints Amit Modha as Director

Arbuthnot Latham and Co, a private and commercial bank, has announced that Amit Modha has joined the bank as a Director in the International Banking team and Head of Middle East.
 
Modha brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously served as a Private Banking Director at Kleinwort Hambros, where he successfully managed a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients based globally, with a key focus on the Middle East and Turkey. 
 
His expertise lies in crafting bespoke investment solutions, as well as structuring intricate UK real estate lending and asset-backed lending. Prior to this role, he held positions at Julius Baer Middle East in Dubai, as well as Coutts and NatWest in the UK.
 
Unique skill set
Modha has worked in the banking sector for over 17 years and will bring with him a unique skill set and proven track record in driving new business creation and building lasting relationships with clients. He joins as part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its banking proposition, following several recent strategic new hires.
