Throughout the month, the airport also registered a significant 7.6 per cent year-on-year climb in ACM figures, for a total monthly ACM of 5,939. Additionally, QAIA handled 9,299 tons of cargo in March 2016 as opposed to 8,727 tons during the same month last year, resulting in a year-on-year rise of 6.6 per cent.
