Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate acquires Virtual Concierge

ABU DHABI, March 10, 2015

The Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate hotel, a luxury hotel in the UAE emirate, has acquired a new virtual concierge service which is a touch-oriented software offering many features and commands.

The Virtual Concierge allows customers to easily discover information about Abu Dhabi, the brand and the hotel. It also provides recommendations about points of interest near the hotel, as well as practical information such as the weather forecast, flight times and even a fun-based application that enables e-cards to be sent.
