City Centre Mirdif to launch 20 new stores

DUBAI, March 1, 2016

Majid Al Futtaim’s City Centre Mirdif is set to launch 20 new stores this year, with twelve of them now opened to visitors, upgrading its retail mix and diversifying its international fashion and lifestyle offering as the place to shop for must-have items.
 
The new stores include New York veteran of fashion DVF; functional designs from COS for everyday essentials; Banana Republic; French ready-to-wear label Maje; yoga-inspired athletic apparel company, Lulu Lemon; Los Angeles contemporary casual wear Juicy Couture and Fashion and lifestyle maker, Tommy Bahama.
 
Mohamed Al Jasmi, mall manager, said: “City Centre Mirdif is one of Dubai’s favorite lifestyle destinations, for its elegant design and architecture, its diverse retail-mix ranging from mid-market fashion to luxury brands, and for its convenient easy access, parking and shopping. 
 
"We are bringing twenty-one new fresh trending retail outlets, which underlines our commitment to continuously enhance City Centre Mirdif’s offering as well as our visitors’ experience.”

Other stores include women’s contemporary jewellery and accessories retailer Charming Charlie stores in Dubai; the new flagship store from fashion icon Tommy Hilfiger; the first standalone store in the UAE from Under Armour, the sportswear and casual apparel company; fresh apparel and British luxury fashion retailer Ted Baker; and the first store in the region by Spanish contemporary designer Purification Garcia.
 
The visitors can also look forward to the opening of American leather goods brand known for their signature handbags Coach; French family label Petit Bateau; Pretty Ballerinas, known for their fashion forward flats; eclectic English country house style retailer Cath Kidston; and also joining the mall’s retail landscape are London's bath, body and beauty connoisseurs, Molton Brown, Family footwear brand Sketchers, street fashion brand River Island and California-based company Toms. - TradeArabia News Service
