Samsung Electronics has launched its latest range of monitors, the Mckinley 43 series.

The new series includes a comprehensive range of 17’’, 19’’, 20’’,and 22’’ monitors, which are considered as the best solution for the B2B market, the company said in a statement.

“The new unveiled monitors will become a must-have item for individual users and enterprises in 2008. The new Mckinley series has outstanding specs and performance not available in any other monitor in the region,” said Samsung Gulf Electronics general manager for IT Division Madhav Narayan.

The new Mckinley monitors target mainly the corporate, educational, financial and governmental sectors. Moreover, they target graphic designers, engineers and web designers because of its superior specs and various features, the company said.

The 43 series has various functions such as the ergonomics HAS stand for B2B that can provide with many adjustable movements for better ergonomics. It is the best solution of the official user to fit the position of the working environment. It supports not only the 80mm as the height adjustment range and Pivot but also the implementation of Lowest HAS.

The Mckinley series monitors are designed to meet VESA standards to accommodate any display type. They fit any environment whether on a desk, on the wall or any position with arm mount. As an optional feature the stand supports USB hub with 1 up and 2 down which is located in the back.

The 43 series has the best image quality for any movie or game. It supports a very fast response time of 5ms while reducing the blurring effect, and is considered also as the best solution for entertainment.

The new monitors have the first Dynamical Contrast Ratio of 8000:1 in the region. With the Dynamic Contrast, the user can enjoy more vivid and clear quality of images with high brightness (300cd/ m²) for multimedia contents.

Moreover, the new series comes with a high glossy black frame, a magic rotation Pivot in addition to the touch and customized key functions. The MagicRotation Software from Samsung provides the user with a rotation feature (90 orientation) that facilitates the optimum utilization of the computer display screen. As for the Pivot Function, it rotates the monitor and then manually rotates the contents with control of MagicRotation S/W.

The Mckinley series monitors save energy consumption and prolong the monitor life-time with their Off Timer. They are also certified for TC003 as reliable, safe and nature-friendly monitor and for Windows Vista premium.
